We ship our products quickly and reliably. The exact shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order and the delivery destination. You can find this information in detail on our "Shipping information" page. For orders over a certain value, we may offer free shipping.

For orders under a total value of 25€ we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of 6.50€. This amount is to cover the costs of processing and shipping even for smaller orders. We recommend bundling your purchases to avoid this surcharge.

Yes, once we have received and checked the returned items, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method used. Please note that the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered incorrectly or faulty.

We endeavor to process returns as quickly as possible, usually within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. As soon as your return has been processed, you will be notified by e-mail.

To ensure fast delivery, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. This means that we can only accept changes or cancelations after the order has been placed within a very limited time frame. Please contact us immediately if you wish to make a change.

SH-Halbleiter makes no warranty as to the merchantability of the products or their fitness or suitability for any particular purpose or use or for any injury resulting therefrom.

SH-Halbleiter's liability arising from the sale of products to the customer is expressly limited to the refund of the purchase price paid by the customer for such products or the replacement of such products at SH-Halbleiter's option, such remedies being exclusive and to the exclusion of all other remedies.

The customer must notify SH-Halbleiter of a defective product within 30 days from the date of shipment. This warranty excludes all other warranties, whether oral, written, express, implied or statutory. Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability are expressly excluded and shall not apply. Customer's obligations and SH-Halbleiter's remedies with respect to defective or nonconforming products are set forth solely in these Terms.

Furthermore, the warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, exposed to static discharge, neglected, inadvertently modified, soldered or altered in any way.
